By booking an appointment at The Bush, you agree to the following policies:
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any appointments canceled the same day, (within 24-hours) will be charged 50% of the appointment canceled. If your card on file doesn’t go through, you will be sent an invoice to the email we have on file. Future appointments will not be allowed to book until the cancellation fee is paid.
NO-CALL, NO-SHOW
Any appointments that are no-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of their appointment price. If your card on file doesn’t go through, you will be sent an invoice to the email we have on file. Future appointments will not be allowed to book until the no-call, no-show fee is paid.
LATE CLIENT POLICY
We have a very strict 5-minute late policy. When you book an appointment you agree to be charged 50% off your full service if you arrive 6 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment. If you know that you’re going to be late, please give us as much heads-up as possible so that we can try to accommodate you. We try our best to still accommodate late clients however that is not always possible.
