CANCELLATION POLICY
Any appointments canceled the same day, (within 24-hours) will be charged 50% of the appointment canceled. If your card on file doesn’t go through, future appointments will not be allowed to book until the cancellation fee is paid.

NO-CALL, NO-SHOW
Any appointments that are no-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of their appointment price. If your card on file doesn’t go through, future appointments will not be allowed to book until the no-call, no-show fee is paid. 

LATE CLIENT POLICY
We have a very strict 6-minute late policy. When you book an appointment you agree to be charged 50% off your full service if you arrive 6 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment. We try our best to still accommodate late clients however that is not always the case.
